Placemaking in Downtown Miami

Already a major global city for businesses, residents, and visitors alike, Downtown Miami continues to evolve. To keep the city moving forward, the Miami DDA works closely with key stakeholders and our fellow residents. The result is an ambitious vision including a major new international convention center and hotel, revamped transportation via both land and sea, and several projects to revitalize and reenergize all the districts throughout Downtown Miami.

Ways We’re Making Downtown Miami Even Greater

  • Community Spaces & Streets
    • Ways we’re creating vibrant public spaces including Biscayne Green and the revitalization of Flagler Street.
