Rooting for the Home Team
Miami is home to major sports teams and major sports fans.

Downtown Miami is proud to be home to the 2006, 2012 and 2013 NBA Champion Miami HEAT. Head over to the AmericanAirlines Arena and catch a game!

And for the baseball fans, this July, Miami will play host to the MLB All Star Game 2017! Come Downtown to join in on all the excitement, from a kids play park to the ball players parade.

Get Out & Get Active
Interested in a fun way to experience your community while getting fit? Head over to the Fortune International Building on Brickell Avenue every Tuesday evening and join the Brickell Run Club. It is more than just an evening run through the best scenery Miami and its about people coming together to celebrate community and sweat a little. Just come out and join in, all you need to do is show up and fill out a waiver and you are good to go for a 3.5 mile run around the city. Click here for more information.

Looking for something a little more zen? Yoga is a classic way to stay limber and relaxed. Both Bayfront Park and Museum Park offer a yoga schedule with a variety of classes for all yogis to enjoy with. Click here for more information.
 

Annual Fitness Events
Every year, Downtown Miami plays host to a number of walks, runs and fitness festivals including the Miami Marathon, Mercedes Benz Corporate Run, IronMan 70.3 Miami, Wodapolloza, and more. Be sure to check our calendar for information on these events and more.
