Integra Realty Resources (IRR) provides an update of the Downtown Miami condo market for 2018. The report shows that Greater Downtown Miami will reach the delivery peak for this cycle with 2,800 condo units and nearly 4,000 apartments set to arrive this year. New land transactions indicate developers are positioning themselves for the next cycle.
